Ok...when I went to the doc a couple of weeks ago, he wiggled my left knee cap and asked me if it hurt. I said no, which wasn't far from the truth...it didn't hurt at the time. He replied "It's loose...let me know when it starts to bother you". After that, he told me to keep working my quads and that will help with my knees.

I should have told him it was bothering me, but I didn't. I kinda feel like an ass now.

might have torn your cartlidge or acl either or requires surgery if its cartlidge you can push back the surgery for a short period if you can with stand the pain.

Jack go to the doctor again. Then tell him you want to go to a sports medicine specialist. I would tend to believe he would know more of your condition. Oh BTW, I hope you get there safely, those damn Michigan drivers are the worse!!!!! lol
