I normally have in the morning some 60-70 open tabs... for real... I just open my main forums (have them all in a favorite thingie... that is already seven tabs: profile, diet, c&c, supplements, PoW, BTS, cardio)... then start browinsing them and opening in new tabs the threads I find interesting... after I'm done I start looking the threads... I do this in the morning... in the afternoon I only check my profile window (for replies to the threads I subscribed in the morning) and C&C.

The disadvantage to this method is I don't get the scoop on new threads on the other boards... but hey, one has to work in between too, right?

it's not really a website, I own 2 domains, one for my website, the other as a garbage can, where I keep the graphics for my ef posts and the archive of my real site.

i open lots of windows/tabs at once too, usually once per day, about 15 or so

What you need is a dual-monitor setup then you'll have pots of space for an extra browser window or even, perish the thought, a work-window.
