Do any of you live around here and could you give me a description of what life is really like(religous/political conflicts etc.)?

Northern Ireland is a place of strife and wet weather. Generally speaking I would avoid it.

What is nice this time of year is the Hamptons. Wear some slacks that are made from a thin fabric like linen and a light color top. Find a blanket or large towel, ideally one with a plaid or check pattern on it.
Then you can take a large basket and make a picnic and bring along some friends to watch the beautiful day reflect on the water and feel the light cooling breeze through your hair.

Pick some fresh flowers along the way and you can make a nice centerpiece for your picnic, something that will make the moment extra enjoyable for you and your friends.

I am not currently in a cell per se, but were I in a cell, I would start with fresh colors.
An easy way to inject color into a room is with a floral arrangement. You can cut the flowers yourself and save money, as well as relax while you do it.
