Whatever ius you want, bout three hours before they draw. I hit 10 ius 3 hours before, my levels were 43.something, "HIGH" was capitalized and in red haha. I think normal reference was 0.0-10.0 ng/ml

Inject 10 iu IM (intramuscular).
Have your blood drawn 3-4 hours after injecting.
Fasting is not necessary.
No strenuous activity for at least 30 min prior to test.

my natural gh (no peps or anything used) came back at 29 on a scale of like 15-30. do you think peptide use would be able to get my endogenous gh high enough to see any decent effects muscle gain (hyperplasia) and lypolitic effects?

Agreed,,,thats how we do it too.
For an accurate IGF1 level its best to be taking your HGH daily up to the test at least.
