Anyone know what normal HGH levels are for, say, a 30 year old male? I've looked everywhere and can't find the info. How many IUs or mgs does the body release normally?

well the daily production of a 20 year old is 500,000 nanograms and the 75 years olds is about 100,000 per day......30 year hmmm iam guessing inder 500,000 per day so what you want to do is replace the hgh with the 500,000 per day so take gh

Shit, I haven't taken chem or physics for DAYS. A nanogram is 1/1,000,000 of a gram, right? So that would be 1/1,000 of a milligram...I think 
I'm just trying to figure out how many mg over the normal range an IU from a 6mg, 18IU kit would put you. 1 IU from that kit would be .33mg or 330,000 nanograms. Hmmm...where is Stew Meat when you need him?
