Basicly they are both good human grade decas.
Go with whatever you can get cheaper.

I have always found the Norma's to be underfilled. At the same time the "yellow top's" are more expensive. The price all works out in the end. I would say go with the yellow tops so you ar not guessing the dosage. PB.

IMHO the only difference is price. I have never seenan underfilled Norma like PrettyboyT7 but maybe i have been lucky.

Its basically down to price as noth are 100%

So far all norma's I had were underfilled. Always between 1.5 - 1.7 ml. If you can get the real ones go for the yellow tops.

Basically price is the difference.

Plus the yellow tops are faked more often than the Normas.
