Ive had great results w/paperStrol! That shit worked better than any winny tabs I've ever taken. I give it two thumbs up. 
As for the paperBol my cousin gained 17lbs in two and a half weeks. And that was from eating all clean foods.
The only prob. he had w/the paperBols was the "normal" lower back pain that everyone usually experiences. And me, I had no problems w/the paperStrol.
