Nootropic info needed

willy

New member
I`ve searched all over the net, and learned alot, but if anybody
has any good links to post I would be very greatful. ;)

Try this one:

www.nubrain.com

p.s. make sure that the product you are buying is an actual form of Piracetam and not some bullshit synthesized herbal form such as Piracetan (notice the n on the end of the word instead of M)

Nootropics testing and detection

Qick question,
Are nootropics tested for in NCAA drug tests?
Will any of them give a flase positive on the above test?
Thanks
Storm

Thanks for the speedy reply.
Would Deprenyl be considered a stimulant?
How about the AF product Neurogenex?
Storm

look into:
www.kilosports.com
they have smarties like piracetam and vinpocetine in bulk (1kg) for very frugal prices :D
(by the way...I really recommend Neurogenex, you can add ALCar at 2-4g's a day, Vinpocetine at additional 5-10mg's and Hydergine at 9mg's)

you might also look into Aniracetam - a more potent piracetam so to say...and of course much more expensive (i'd say price increases exponentially ;) )

also as far as info...what exactly are you looking for? i have plenty of different studies/links/etc

and wow @ www.uniquenutrition.net - cheapest prices for piracetam yet (lol @ 25kg piracetam drum - you can become a genius if you consume all that?!)

'Think' about it!

A Nootropic drug is not going to help you 'think' better/faster unless you have a deficiency. I have not once seen any that have had reliable studies from a credible source to back it up.

Besides that, lets say the drug does work, you'll only end up growing more and more dependant on it as your body senses its intake and down-sizes its receptors and/or own ouput of that perticular drug in order to adapt (homeostatsis). Then one day when you don't take the drug (unless you plan to take it for the rest of your life) you'll take a while to get out of the downswing.

A balanced diet and excercise is the way to go. :D

which it might surprise you that many people do.

the high level of stress as well as food and environmental toxins that are the cornerstones of modern society guarantee it.

no to mention the widerspread and heavy use of neurotoxins like alcohol and other "recreationals".

btw1- even without deficiency they will enhance cognitive ability, if you had actually tried any of them you would realize that it is so.

btw2- there are hundreds of studies indicating that enhancing CNS, even through CAFFIENE, leads to "faster/better" thinking

btw3- agree that healthy diet and exercise are also key components to neural health.

I don't believe its possible to diagnose deficiencies in brain chemicals with much accuracy; we have not yet attained enough knowledge. Any thought that we have this knowledge is likely to be a luck or pride induced illusion.

The effects would be transitory and the downswing after would be greater then benefit.

Who said I haven't? I have ADD and have tried an assortment of drugs, all of which only moderalty helped me and left me worse off after their effectiveness has worn off.

well, for one, since the day of my reply things have changed drastically - piracetam is now even cheaper and can be pruchased virtually everywhere.
for two, who are 'you' - I'd like me some Aniracetam - last i checked it was still expensive, if available at all; and that's not mentioning Oxir and Pram, which seemingly vanished from the market :o

Aniracetam, as well as Oxiracetam, are pretty economical. Pramiracetam is difficult to source, though. I am not sure if it is still being manufactured.
