What's up bros?? I have a couple of noob cycle questions for the board. Please keep the flames to a minimum. My boy in TPA has some Var for me from a well known UG in that area. I will have enough to run 50mg ED for 6 weeks. I want to run Var only for my first go around. No pinning for me at this time. There are certain factors for my choice of not pinning a test only first cycle, which is what I have been told would be the best first cycle for a noob like myself.
I am currently 25, 5'10", 195lbs, with my bf around 15%. I have been training for 6 years with a recent one year hiatus due to work, school, life etc. etc. I have been training hard for the last 6 months and I have gained all the strength and muscle I lost during the year break. My diet is very consistent and I log everything that goes down my throat. I am currently cycling carbs and Kcals with good results. I train total body using the big lifts three days a week, and I drag the sled twice a week. Ok sorry for all the unnecessary rambling....
What should I expect from this cycle as far as gains and such? PCT is in order. Nolva day 1 40mg, days 2-14 20mg, and days 15-28 10mg. Does this look right? I want to make the most from this cycle and hopefully enjoy many more
