Noob question regarding HMG/HCG

Sorry for the question, just trying to be as knowledgable as possible before I run my cycle. I have looked at using HMG to prevent atrophy, and it seems to have decent reviews.

Does HMG have to be injected? I will be using some orals(needto...) and would like to cycle in some HMG. How would I go about injecting this, have never done this before.
