Noob - need help cutting, please

Alright, I'm sure people are going to tell me to do research and that's fine. But just let me say, I have been reading up for 2 or 3 yrs. It's tough to determine what information to rely on.

My question is what would you suggest to a 25yr old who has worked out off and on for years, pretty seriously at times, who just got back into decent shape after a back injury, for a cutting cycle. I have no issue dieting or doing 30-45 mins of cardio 5times a week, but genetically I just don't have a tone build.

I was considering Winstrol but I have heard it isn't the best way to go for your first cycle. And I'm not really to thrilled about losing my hair or having achy joints.

I'm not an idiot and if experienced people advise me to steer clear most likely I will. But possible suggestions for a cutting agent with minimal side effects would be greatly appreciated.

most all steroids are designed to build muscle. if bodyfat is all you are interested in then the diet and cardio are the way to go. you possibly include something like an eca stack.

You got to be training dedictated for atleast 18 months IMO before using juice. If you're off and on, you''ll do yourself no good if you stop training, only bring yourself a bunch of side effects and some temporary muscle. Steroids are for people who are serious into their respective sport, whether it's bodybuilding, powerlifting or team sports. If you aren't going to be hardcore, steroids aren't for you because steroids are harcore hormones with potential hardcore complications. Those that are hardcore in their field will take that risk, however minimal it really is vs what people/media say, because it means the difference between making it big, or not. E

Even if it just means you want to look good, you've got to be hardcore about, and not off and on.

If you haven't used any type of juice before, use 500mg test ew only and do cardio 4 times a week. Test can help cut you up with a proper diet, even the long esters. The water retention goes away in little time and it will leave you much more toned, much stronger and better muscularly developed.


Just using more cardio and improving diet some will get you what you want maybe.

Usually? No.

Well, for a cuting cycle yes. But winstrol is not one I've been keen to try. I choose to get ripped by diet and cardio, not drugs. I use drugs to get huge, and eat right to stay lean.
 
Thanks again. I intend on staying "on" and not "off and on" but I think you're right. I am in no way as hardcore as you guys, that's why I'm here asking. I appreciate it.
