gained 19lbs: calorie intake was about 5-8000. Looked very dense.

*cut up really nice, abs came out, and was really vascular. somehow managed to put on i think 8-10lbs. and maybe lost 1 post cycle. Diet was very clean, eating about 400+g protein and 75-150g carbs daily
