non-body builder looking for diet advice

I stumbled on this site by accident and I figured maybe someone here could help me. I'm not a body builder by anymeans I'm just a girl who wants to lose weight and get in shape. I've decided to try the atkins diet combined with hydroxycut (the old stuff with ephedra) and sometime of exercise routine. I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice especially on food ideas and exercise tips.

you have it the other way around.

figure out a good exercise routine of intense weight training.

then worry about your diet.

seriously.

90% chance if you're dedicated to intense weight training you can probably eat whatever you want as long as theres planty of protein and you'll get the body you want.
