Yes! 10-20 mg ED should be enough. Take as little as possible considering nolvadex will definitely decrease your gains. I pissed out about 8 lbs of water the second day when I was on nolva and gained nothing that week. I think I used 20 mg pills.

It really all depends on why you're taking it. If your nips have been itching, and you think you're getting gyno, you should take 40mg ed until it stops, then take 20mg ed for the rest of the cycle. Only take it if you need it. Arimidex or liquidex are much better choices if you can get them. They prevent the estrogen from aromatizing at all.
