should i start taking nolva @ 10mg/d the day i start my cycle and do clomid post. or is it better to wait untill signs of gyno are showing before taking nolva.

its better to wait......If signs of gyno appear then use the nolv at 40mg first day then drop it down to 20 for another day until syptoms disappear then continue 10-20mg thoughout cycle to prevent it after knowning your prone.
try to get some Arimidex or proviron to run throughout this will help

i would prefer to stop it before it gets noticeable so i do adex during cycle and then nolv,clomid pct

thanx ripper and lm. also i was wondering when the best time to start pct on this cycle is test, deca, d-bol.
because i'm using an oral should i start on the last day of the cycle or wait 2-3 wks after my last deca inj because it's a longer acting ester

Begin PCT one week after your last injection.
You may want to consider switching the Deca in favor of Equipoise to avoid the possible prolactin related sides. Otherwise consider investing in some Dostinex to avoid the possible side effects during your cycle or to alleviate them during PCT. I would recommend during cycle as elevated levels of prolactin complicate and delay PCT recovery.

thanx jenetic i didn't know prolactin could complicate pct. although i thought that vitamin b6 helped to reduce prolatin levels and is cheaper?

jenetic isn't starting pct 1 wk after last shot of deca too soon, because it remains in the body longer and androgen levels in the blood are still high. i don't want to start too soon and waste my pct but then again i don't want to start too late and lose any gains.

The elevated androgen levels are from an exogenous source and your endogenous production is suppressed. Therefore, waiting for the exogenous androgens to clear from your system ultimately results in lower total concentrations of androgens in your system when begining PCT. This results in an unfavorable androgen:estrogen ratio. Additionally, the first goal during PCT is to increase testicular volume.
The alternative option would be to run 50 mgs Proviron ED during the 2 weeks after your last injection as you prepare for PCT, primarily to keep you androgen:estrogen ratios more favorable.
