Even with nolva there are sides. How much and frequency are you talking about? For PCT? I would say that 20-40mg per day there would be low risk for side effects.
Some of the more common side effects of Nolvadex include, hot flashes, nausea, or vomiting. Other, less common side effects, include blurred vision, confusion, weakness and sleepiness.
