I`m starting Nolva at 40mg/day to cure the first signs of gyno I got.
Should I take these 2 pills all at once, or is it a better idea to seperate them into 2 dose?

Take them seperated,so you have an overlapping influx of drug being released all the time.One in the morning and one in the afternoon.

I took 20 mg/day when I noticed a puffy nipple, one in the morning and the other at night, cleared up in week and half.

Take 40mg just to be sure. Split the dose
