What are you using it for?
Are you using it as a preventitive of gyno or to stop gyno that is starting?

not for me I have never had need. i think he has a slight case and some pain. he is actually an employee of mine. i think he is on test and eq but not 100% sure.

I would run it at 20 mg for about a week, or till the symptoms disapear.

I would take 100mg on day one and continue with 20mg/day until starting Clomid.
The reason for 100mg on a first day is because of 5 days half life.
The reason for continuing for the rest of the cycle, is to avoid estrogen rebound, which, most likely will occure, if you stop using it, on a middle. Nolvadex simply prevent estrogen from binding to ER, so it will build up and if you stop will hit your friend harder.

I have major respect for Huck and what he told me was if your nips are burning bad-40 mg ED until pain subsides then 20 mg ED until clomid therapy.
