how do i take nolvadex i have never used it before?
how much/day or week or what?

i use 10mg aday with my cycles to stop gyno before it starts and if needed after cycle 20mg day 1week then 10mg a day 2 week but it is diffrent for everyone it depends how prone you are to gyno.
