Is nolva supposed to lessen bloating...or just prevent the estro from ataching to the select receptors that cause gyno, etc. ?

Both, it will lessen the bloat, but it also has the ability to bind to receptors in the chest area to combat gyno.

I am no expert but I think it is for gyno symptoms, Adex is for bloat

It wont lessen bloat to any major degree, arimidex is for that.
