in addition, you may wanna consider proviron at 25-50mg a day.

I think by your post that you have already decided to do another cycle with out doing anything about your gyno.
I would say depending on what type of test you are going to use that dictates when you take the nolva.
If your using enanthate (long acting) that on the day of your first jab should be fine. If on the other hand your using a shorter acting test like prop then (Im not sure how long it takes for nolva to enter your system) from experience start taking a few days before your first jab.
