would it be good to use proviron+nolvadex off cycle to keep estrogen down and keep the phisque looking hard and help decrease fat...or should a use arimidex by itself...will that help.....thanks

if your cycle was lite it mite not be neccesary, but it definitely a good idea to have it on hand.

if you used anything more than a very lite cycle , i would use both for a few weeks after my cycle to prevent gyno and lessen the shock of going off steroids and possibly lose less mass.
thats just my 2 cents, as it happens i have not done a cycle yet but am waiting on my proviron and nolvadex to do exactly what u r suggesting after my cycle

can you get clomid? i would use arimidex with clomid
