Nolvadex? ... please help.

I have my Nolvadex, Sust and Deca. I am taking 500mg sust, and peaking my deca @ 400 mg for 10 weeks. I was wondering when and how much to take of Nolvadex? ... please help.

25-50mgs of novld is good at weeks 4-7 is good...

unless you are gyno prone, there is no need. if you are paranoid about gyno, 10mg will do you good. it is not to much, just a little. wont hurt your gains. but if you are not gyno prone or paranoid, you can wait to see if you really need it. if your nips start to get sensitive, start 40mg a day. that is just my info. see what others think.
