Nolvadex PCT or throughout??

I have seen many differences as to how to run Nolvadex. I see lots of people running it throughout cycles and some for PCT only. Which is better and why?

depends on the dosage and type drug you are taking, what will you be taking?

no need for any nolva during that cycle, you are barely above HRT level, run it at standard PCT doses at the end...

I prefer arimidex during the cycle and nolva for PCT.
 
I have heard about arimidex I guess I could run .5mg e/d during the cycle. What are the advantages of running it with it? If it is worth running I will see about locating some.
 
Up the var guy...20mg aint gona do much except frustrate you. Run the var for 6-8 weeks at about 50mg ed. Now as far as the nolva goes....use it 20mg ed cuz of the sus. Then extend the use of nolva for about 4 or 5 weeks after your last shot of sus. Get some clomid and use it for the first 2 or 3 weeks into PCT at 50mg ed along with the nolva.

Arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor vs. nolvadex which is a SERM. In layman terms, Arimidex will help stop the conversion testosteron -> estrogen, while nolvadex will competes for receptor.

You don't need much arimidex on your cycle. .25mgs ED is a good start.

So arimidex .25mgs e/d then Nolva 40mg /ed first wk the 2 wks 20mgs e/d? What are your thoughts on the cycle? 20mgs var e/d wk 1 then 30mgs var 1 sust 250e/d wks 2-9 and 20mg e/d var wk 10 then wks 11-3 Nolva would you change this at all? also do I continue the arimidex with the nolva or stop at week10?

stats? and # of cycles under your belt?

237lb 6'0" 31yrs 18-20% bodyfat
Major back injury loss of calf strength. Want major bump in strength take about 15-20lbs off the middle, and I am good. Just tryin to get back to normalness :). I have lost alot of feeling in my legs and feet. Thank god my dick still works ;)
Any help is appreciated as always X.... ;)
 
sorry to finish your question I ran one oral winny var cycle before and got a nice bump in strength. That was the only one I have done. About 5-6 months ago.

What is your diet like now? do you have a log you can post for me? it would help to work off of what you have now and mold it into a diet first. We can have you under 15% in a few months with the right diet regiment.
 
Right now I eat pretty health for the most part I guess. Breakfast usually 3 eggs and toast or some oatmeal/cereal.
Lunch usually deli sandwich, tuna, turkey etc. very light mayo/mustard
cheese and fruit in between
dinner varies beef chicken pork fish etc, steamed veggies, and salad. I eat sushi for dinner once or twice a week. Usually only carbs with dinnerSometimes I will eat fast food burger or pizza, but thats usually only once in awhile. I never eat dessert or candy or any crap like that. I think the main issue I have is not enough cardio, and not eating enough times throughout the day, maybe eating more small meals is the trick. I don't like the bike much and thats all I can really do b/c of my injury. I tried the elliptical, but it was pretty rough, put alot of strain on my low back.
