NOLVADEX or PROViRON?

Good Question....I am interested in hearing what others have to say about this..
From what I have read, Nolvadex won't help you with the Deca (because progest. but it will be ok for the Test)
Not sure about proviron but I would like to know how much to take too....(or have on hand for a cycle)

Nolvadex will only block the sides from estrogen, it will not do anything for lowering estrogen levels.
Proviron stops or slows steriods from aromitizing or converting to estrogen. Proviron will lower estrogen levels
The best are arimidex/liquidex or other aromitase inhibitors. these compounds actually stop or slow the production of estrogen. This stops it from the beginning.
All these compounds will not do anything for progesterone related side effects. RU-486 works like arimidex, but for progesterone and winny is said to attach to the progesterone receptor site working like nolvadex works for estrogen.
