Nolvadex or Arimidex?

If I was running 400mg of Test Cyp a week..

What do you use with it to prevent sides..? Nolva? Arimidex? if so how much?

im no steroid guru, but I;d think if you ran .5mg a arimidex ED throughout your cycle you'd be fine, but just incase gyno still popped up, THEN you'd start using nolva too until it goes away.

.25 arimidex Ed would do the job.

yeah. The general rule of thumb is .25 mg arimidex ed for every 500 mg of test per week. if you use the arimidex you most likely wont need the nolv but its alwasy good to have on hand

I really dont think there is a "rule of thumb". I think everyone is different. I would start out with .25mg EOD and have n-dex on hand. I dont think 400mg of test should cause to much of a problem, but there is always the ones who are sensitive.

Im beginning to think there isnt a rule of thumb either. I think it varies on the gear used, and the individual. I am sensitive to getting gyno. I am on 5oo mg Test and 4oo mg Eq wkly. I am up to 1 mg daily of Liquidex and my nips are still itchy. Im going to have to add Nolvadex now.

dont beleave in search engines do you? this question is asked every day mind you, i would use arimidex, .5mg/ed over nolvadex, i would use femera 2,5mg/eod over arimidex, arimidex lowers your IGF-1 produced in the liver, so does nolvas, femera does not

Ok, cant get Liquidex over here in the US and i really dont feel to save in having juice shipped from the US yet,

So i am going to take Oral arimidex (1mg) for my anti E's

As you have prolly seen from my posts i am running Sust and Dbol cycle

I see you all reccommend .5mg ED for this stuff. Is it differebt for the 1mg orals, or do i just break em in half and take half a day ?

Oh, forgot to ask also, what about 10 - 20mg ED of Nova instead of either liq or ari ?

Increased IGF-1 levels can also cause gyno.
