nolvadex help please

I am taking 300mg of test cypionate and 400mg of primobolan a week I don't have any sines of gyno yet would it be a smart choice to use nolvadex at 10mg a day.

personally I wouldn't start using nolva unless I felt that gyno was starting.

I run 10mg/ed through out my cycles just to be safe!

Nolva can have a "rebound" effect and actually raise estrogen once it is stopped. I would only use if needed.

Watch for gyno after 3-4weeks. If sore or puffy "break glass".

Primobolan doesn't aromatise and getting gyno from 300mg/week of Cyp is almost impossible.
Nolvadex lower IGF-1 level and negatively effects gains, so don't touch it, unless absolutely needed.
