nolvadex duration pct ?

I finished my 10 week prop/anavar cycle like 2 weeks ago (14 days). I've been taken clomid. and continued taken Nolvadex. I'm takin' 40 mg/nolva per day. after last prop shot. how long should you run the nolva. When should you stop the nolvadex usage?
