Nolvadex Best??

I am about to start a 10 week cycle of test/deca. I am gonna run test 500mg/week, deca 400mg/week. I have nolvadex and have had problems in the past with gyno. I was wondering if nolva is my best option and when i should start taking it and how many mg per day. thanks for the help

20 mgs e/d worked well for me...besides I dont see a problem with what your running...

nolva seems to work well preventing gyno caused by the aromitazation of testosterone but will not prevent progesterone gyno caused (possibly) by deca and fina

perhaps brom for deca and nolva for tes

or Dostinex for deca and liquiddex for tes

don't run nolvadex during your cycle... especially if you're running deca or tren and especially if you're gyno prone... it could make it worse

just use AIFM or Aromasin throughout the cycle.... if gyno flares up, use letro until it subsides... then for PCT, use clomid instead of Nolva (along with AIFM or Aromasin and HCG)

If you have prolactin sides from the deca then I'd advise u to get some dostinex

yes, though its unlikely that you will need letro if you are using AIFM (but its always good to have on hand)

there are tons of posts on here about AIFM, just do a search... but to answer your question, rotate application spots... anywhere that you have thin skin (vascular areas)... shins, tops of feet, inside of arms, wrists, inside of thighs, etc. People have been reporting that they rub it directly into gyno-affected areas with good results.

I'd run the clomid at 50mg ED personally, to minimize the commond side effects... many choose to run higher dosages, 100mg - 150mg ED (to start)... run clomid a minimum of 2 weeks.... maximum would be 4-6 weeks, depending on how long it takes you to recover

as a note- top of feet is only reccomended at night before bed or if you will not be wearing shoes (ie wandering around the house- as some do- those that work from home). There can be problems with top of feet use when wearing heavy shoes + socks + heat + sweating..
note2- exfoliation is good and highly reccomended (for the sites and in general- its good for skin health)

No,,,run Arimidex or Letrozole instead during entire cycle.

run your AI (preferably AIFM , though aromasin and letro are good but very different options) through cycle and PCT (letro is not suitable for PCT).

HCG is human chorionic gonadrotropin (it acts similar to leutenizing hormone, though it also bind to the thryoid stimulating hormone binding site)

LH signals the gonads to make test

disagree. and dopaminergics (while they can help) are not a preventative against progestenic binding. Merely against prolactin synthesis.
