nolvadex and IGF-1

I was watching a BB video and one Pro BB said he did not use nolvadex because it lowered natural IGF-1 levels. Does anyone have any insight on this matter?

I never use any anti E until it is needed...I believe they all alter your gains...

I ve read some anti-e's actually raise your IGF-1 while most degrade it. Some anti-e's lower your natural IGF-1 more than others.
