nolvadex after a cycle?

Hi, if anyone could just clear something up for me id be grateful.

I am going to take my first cycle consisting of deca 400mg (10 weeks) and sust 250mg every 5 days (10 weeks), i cant get hold of arimidex or liquidex but can get proviron and nolvadex. I dont intend to run an anti e during the cycle unless any signs of gyno appear, in which case nolvadex will be kept on hand...from week 9 -12 i wondered if i might benifit from taking nolvadex until my post cycle clomid therapy which will start at week 13? I have heard this might be beneficial because it can prevent a crash in estrogen levels which would normally cause some loss of gains, also i have heard that proviron is useful for this however i am not sure that i want to use proviron at the end of my cycle due to the extra recovery time it will cause. Can anyone help me out, i will also take 2 tabs of clen a day for weeks 11 and 12 pre clomid therapy due to the mild anabolic nature of clen to help keep gains. Any help or comments on using the nolvadex will be grateful, thanx.

If you do start to get gyno symptoms you won't know what it's from, sus (estrogen) or deca (progest). Those are low doses so you shouldn't have a prob unless you're very sensitive....you can run Nolva thruout the cycle and thru clomid without any problems. Nolvadex has also been shown to raise test levels but this is disputed......
