It shouldnt, unless your getting tested for anabolics. Then they test for things like nolva as well. Since it would indicate present or past steroid use.
If its a drug test, not a steroid test. Then it shouldnt show up. Its really just a very week estrogen that binds to estrogen receptors so real estrogen cant bind to them and signal the cell to grow. taking nolva will make your estrogen levels show higher than they actualy are if you get blood work done.
So unless this is a college or pro sports test, then no it wolnt show up.
