Nolva only for sustanon cycle?

can i get away with doing nolvadex only on 250-500mg of sust/ weekly? first cycle and running for 10-12 weeks

you should have some adex in case the estro gets bad. the nolva alone would work for me for pct but i would also use the pp test recovery stack. i wouldnt run less than 500mg of the sust

from this i think you should run a 300mg ew test prop cycle. 100mg mon. morn, wens morn, and sun. night. for 2 reasons

#1 you are worried about sides. if you get sides you dont want to deal with from prop it will go away in a few days. if you get them from sust it will take weaks.

#2 sust at that low of a dose will be unstable. keeping your test levels stable helps prevent unwanted sides and helps you gain better.

imo 250 is to low for any test. i think 500mg is plenty low enough. this point will be argued until the end of time. its a personal thing. try it and you will find out.

did 500 for my 1st. Worked awesome! very low sides, but you never know how it will efect you
