Nolva & HCG dose?

Coming off EQ/test cycle and have both on hand.What are proper dosages for each?

Well hcg should be run during the cycle, not during pct. I run around the halfway mark at 500IU ED or EOD for 10 days.

FOr nolva pct i do:
Day 1 - 60mg
Days 2-11 - 40mg
Days 12-21 - 20mg

I did hcg during, and did it 4 days after my last shot for a week, and proceeded to do the nolva as explained above. I probably didn't have to but I had it so I did it. I got bigguns flappin' around down there.

when you say you did hcg during, how did you dose it?

1000 i.u.'s every other day for 10 days. I could have probably done 500 i.u.'s but I had mixed the whole 5,000 and said fuck it. Also, they regained there shape in about 8 days.

Iwould encourage you to go to the PCT forum and read the sticky by jenetec about PCT and HCG use. It lays it all out for you. If I can understand it, anyone can.

I started the nolva after I did the hcg again. It was days after my last stick. PCT is funny business, I tend not to advise people on exactly how to do it because everyone is different. You must listen to your body, it will tell you what to do.

This oversimplifies my PCT but with what you got basically:

I usually do 1500iu / week for 3 weeks starting on Monday of my last week of AAS (5000iu split into 3 shots)
Run 20mg Nolva for 3 weeks starting 1week after last AAS shot
