Nolva half-life?

I'm uppin my dose to 80mg/day to help beat these sore nips. Can I take 40mg 2x a day or should I take 20mg 4x a day?

Ideally, Nolvadex (tamoxifen) should be taken every 7 hours, but twice a day would be fine.

80 mgs sounds a bit heavy. 60 mgs (taken as 20mgs 3 x's daily) should be plenty as a loading dose.

How much are you taking now? How long have you been on it? How long have your nipples been sore?

Just started 80mg today. Was taking 50mg of a liquid Nolva product for 3 days prior. Nipples have been sore for like 3 weeks maybe.

It's been 5 more days...how do the nipples feel now? Soreness should have gone down noticably, at least quite a bit.

Not as sore, but still a lil sore, but noticeably better. Usin Syrus Nolva in case anyone was wondering.
