i have done several cycles but never have used and noledex, what does it do and how does is work, will i see a big difference if my cycle if i use it

If you don't have estrogen side effects there is no need for nolvadex.
Nolvadex keep estrogen from binding to its receptors. The down side is it will lower IGF-1 levels.
I would go with liquidex or arimidex. This is much more effective in that it is an anti-aromatise. Which keeps the testosterone from aromatising to estrogen.
But then again - there is no need for either if you do not have estrogen related sides. Consider youself a lucky man.
