Who the hell is Art Atwood??
and i'm sorry but if there's one physique bodybuilding could do without its Markus Ruhl. he looks like a cynderblock with arms. my nightstand has better symmetry.

I think he's made some nice improvement over the last couple of years. His mid-section looks much better now.
