HOnestly, I tried the GAKIC 2x so far and couldn't even drink it all
it doesn't disolve in water very well (if at all), it taste like crap and when I was able to choke it down once, I felt NOTHING..

Horrible stuff.

Gotcha... wonder if deliver using the cap/pills would be better?

I still wonder about how they get proper ratios of all ingredients, of the powder into every scoop
