I will vouch for unique's customer service... First off my order was shipped fast. Then I had an issue with a bottle and lost some osta. I emailed them and they had another bottle in the mail within 24hrs.

We don't have offices during the weekends so the inquiries have filed up. We will have all inquiries responded to today.
Also, our MK-2866 are still back ordered. We've had some delays in the production and shipment to our shipping warehouse. We're expecting a new batch to arrive this week so we should be able to ship all back orders by later this week.
