Mayberry was a part of my childhood. As far as TV shows go, it defines an era similar to how musically, Frank Sinatra or Jimmy Hendrix define an era. Very nostalgic for me.
Even going to college in the 80's my friends and I who grew up watching Andy were still smoking dope and watching reruns.
