Never heard that before. I've taken plenty and had sex. Maybe you mean after using Cytomel you should remain abstinent from Cytomel use for 2 months, no way from sex though.

I've used cytomel on several occasions. It acts on your thyroid gland and has little if any effect on sexual desire or performance. But be careful using this stuff. How long are you planning to be on this stuff for?

what you read was two months of abstinence from cytomel, which is the reccomended off time from a 6-8 weeks cycle, not abstinence from sex.
