I usually stay away from cottage cheese when I cut, cause all of the salt.
I finally found a 1% no salt added cottage cheese and it kicks ass. I throm in some Mrs. Dash and its all good.
Good eats prior to bed, or my first meal after workout.
Sodium - 200mg per ENTIRE container
Protien - 56grams
Carbs - 14 (lactose)
