backspace or alt left arrow key

push the little minus putton at the top right corner on the screen to minimize it then bring it back to normal size this works for me and mine does the same thing

You have to get the aftermarket button installed. I got the Microsoft 200-E class w/ optional color changes. bored 30 over for added punch
