so i went to cvs today and looked into getting some of this. everyone says get nizoral 2%. the only thing on the shelf was 1%. it was nizoral antidandruff shampoo, would this be ok? it was 10 bucks and i didnt want to buy it unless it was ok.

Yes, the 1% is fine. I've seen comparative clinical studies where the 1% actually out performed the 2%.

Is the 1% better? Not likely - but it's probably just as good.
