Is the nizoral you buy at rite aid the same as the one everyone talks about on this board?

Yes, but some use 2% strength which is prescription. Others, like me, just use 1% which is over-the-counter and use it 6-7 days per week.

yeah i'm using the 1% every day at least while on cycle and a little after...and dont forget to rub any excess on any zits on yur back and shoulders

My dermotoligist (sp?) actually prescribed me nizoral 2% when I was in my teens for acne. Seemed to help a little. I just washed my face with it. If I would have known that I would have needed it later in life, I would have stocked up

yeah, I want to hear what people think about the OTC vs. prescription strength...is there that big of a difference?
