Today I've received nizoral 2% gel instead of the shampoo....how often do I have to use it and how do I use this?

Don't understand your problem.
If its 2% nizoral, just use it, what difference does it make whether a gel or shampoo. If it dries your hair out or something just shampoo after.
Incidently, I use mine ED, or sometimes EOD.
