Nizoral alone??

I'm not bald now, but nor do I want to be later. I'm deffiantly going to take some nizoral for hair loss PREVENTION, but is that good by itself, or should I stack it with something else??I don't need things that will regrow my hair like spiro, rogaine, minoxidil, etc..What else is good to take for hair loss PREVENTION not to regrowing hair stuff?

It is all I use, but I do not have much of a problem. If I were really worried, I would get some topical spiroactonal.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't topical spiro more for hair regrowth than helping to maintain??

Yeah, I am pretty sure. The nizoral would work to block the DHT and prevent hair loss, while the spiro would help the new grow.
