Miss, I guess its all about pain tolerance.

I've had my tongue, nipple and (still) my bellybutton pierced. IMO none of them hurt, they were all pretty quick.

I kept the nipple ring in for a year or so and then had to take it out becuase, it was pierced to damn close to a nerve and sometimes when I'd move wrong it would shock the hell out of me. (NOW THAT HURT)

There are alot of nerve endings around the areola...

I'm not saying it DOESN'T hurt, but It just wasn't too bad for me. I've seen a grown man pass out getting his nipple pierced though.

18g? ain't a full IV about 20 G? That hurt like an SOB in my arm. NFW in any other part of my bod ! YOu suckas are nuts.

ive had just about everything pierced and the nipples hurt so much worse than anything else. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed the experience and love the barbells in my nipples to this day but damn did it hurt. Very sharp searing pain for a second or two and then its over but it is intense.

yes! they hurt like a bitch and i have a very high pain tolorance. had both of them doen this past summer. the first one hurt so bad i raised my knee up and kneed his elbow while he was sticking it through! lol ya not a good feeling. i think that one hurt so bad the second one wasn't so bad. it was worth it to me, i expected it to hurt, plus i have some gyno in my right nipple, but damn....it hurt like a bitch let me repeat..and i screamed like one too. lol.
