My husband thinks it's Dr. Costa even tho he's a plastic surgeon & The Carver loathes plastic surgery - but that would be the ultimate twist of it. And he is Bi - so that would explain the sexual assault on Christian. The Carver = Dr. Costa almost seems too easy tho........

Could it be Eva after all?? Cuz "she" used to be a "he" & with a strap on could accomplish the rape of Christian. Also as a transgender - it would make sense that she hate plastic surgery.
