Night sweats.. Indication of???

What's the overall reason behind night sweats??? Is it cause our metabolism is fired up or holding an unusual amount of water?? Just curious as to why this happens..

I hate to be "Debbie Downer" here, but it's also a sign of Lymphatic Cancer. If you aren't currently on something like test or tren, I would see a doc just to make sure.

In my opinion, night sweats are the worst side-effect of tren use, but it doesn’t outweigh the positives which are many. Still, it’s very disgusting in my opinion, and I don’t like it one bit. I go to sleep between 10:00 – 10:30 p.m. I wake up once at around 2:00 a.m. and when the alarm goes off at 6:15 a.m. When I wake up at two, my chest is glistening with sweat, and the towel that I lay on is soaked from my back and legs. Same thing in the morning when I wake. I have a ceiling fan blowing down on me and my wife changes the jersey sheets 2-3 times a week.

We also loose some control over body temperature while we sleep, at least during REM periods. The idea being that the body can simply coast and gradually cool as you sleep. Unfortunately, if the body is constantly working in overdrive (or if the environment is too hot) we don't end-up cooling but rather heat up.

I dont think it is related to heating or cooling of the body. I can wake up in a pool of sweat and be freezing cold...

I think it is an indication I am using AAS... LOL
